As someone that also shoots with a really shallow depth of field, natural light, and regularly crushes blacks in editing I really enjoyed your photos - it just looks “normal” to me. Then again, most of my personal work is done shooting pushed Tri-X film on fast primes so inky blackness seems pretty natural. Read more
