Just thought I'd check. Tesla is going to have a tech Facetime with me to see if we can get the issue resolved. I think it's a mechanical issue with a safety pin failing to release. Tesla is saying that, if they can't get it to release over the phone, they'll fly a tech in to look at it. Read more
