The Husqvarna 701 Supermoto is both a rebadged KTM 690 SMC R and one of the bikes I’m the most excited about this year - and now it’s getting a Enduro twin for those of you who want to take your big thumper fun to the dirt.

Like the 701 Supermoto, it will be powered by a 690 cc, single cylinder SOHC motor which makes 67 horsepower. It will also have ride-by-wire rider selectable fuel maps, and ABS and a ATSC slipper clutch standard.

Suspension-wise, it gets a WP 4CS fork and WP shock, each providing 10.8 inches of travel. It also gets a chromium-molybdenum steel trellis frame and will come with a nicely sized 3.4 gallon fuel tank. Husqvarna has yet to release weight figures, but we assume it will be in the 320 pound range like the Supermoto.

The Husqvarna 701 Enduro will hit European dealers next month, and find its way into American and Canadian dealers in February.
