This Craigslist Ad For An '83 Yamaha Makes Bad Photoshopping Look Inexplicably Awesome

It will be difficult for any Craigslist ad to ever come close to upsetting the epic Jesus-tap-dancing-Christ Pontiac Grand Am one that ran last Spring. But that doesn't mean we don't appreciate a little bit of effort in that direction.

(UPDATE: We've had a lot of turkey... we've run this twice!)

Sometimes minimal effort is good, too, like we see in this ad for a customized '83 Yamaha some guy in Walla Walla, Wash. is trying to unload. Instead of facing his desperation to sell the bike and scape together a few bucks to feed his starving family with anger and despair, this dude threw caution to the wind and used horribly photoshopped pics, random gifs, and poorly-spelled irreverent humor to entice potential buyers. It's almost as if Christopher Walken, Ray Liotta, Brian Gosling, and maybe even Thomas the Tank Engine had all personally asked me to pull the trigger on buying something I didn't know I wanted.

I say he gets an A for effort. Oh, and the motorcycle is pretty cool, too. If only I had an extra two grand laying around and didn't care about getting sprayed with water by uncovered wheels when it rains.
