Dutch fabricator and YouTuber Mastermilo embarked on a journey to make what he dubbed the “MiniGolf.” He took an already shortened VW Golf (which can be seen here) and made it even shorter, with frankly hilarious results.
Using home power tools and a welder, Milo and his friend cut out the middle section of an MK2 Golf and just welded the ends together. The front bumper is just a piece of steel tubing stuck on the front. Regardless of safety, it looks absolutely wild when it’s completed:
Milo then proceeds to trash the MiniGolf around a track somewhere in the Netherlands. The Golf looks kind of adorable hopping up and down with any movement of the steering wheel. The wheelbase has been obviously shortened by a significant amount and the overall driving dynamics of the vehicle have been “enhanced.”
This results in the front-wheel MiniGolf being able to perform a backwards wheel-stand like some weird Dutch-German drag car. Safety doesn’t seem to be a huge concern for Milo and I can’t blame him because the MiniGolf looks like a blast to drive. Who wouldn’t want to throw that goofy little car around the track?
